As a mortgage loan officer, Tim is one of the few individuals who has become widely know by his first name alone. With over 20 years of experience, coupled with his professionalism and thorough knowledge of the business, he has become the "one" name that can be called upon with near immediate response to get the deal through with little or no pain regardless of the circumstance.

Tim is one of only 40 people in the United States that hold both the CMC (certified mortgage consultant) and CRMS (certified residential mortgage specialist). He is a national certified instructor for The National Association of Mortgage Brokers and has trained thousands of Loan Officer on such topics as mortgage compliance laws to better business practices. He has received many industry awards including the 2002 Kansas Broker of The Year. Tim is a member of NAMB's education committee and has served for both the National and State Associations. He is currently serving as President of The Kansas Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Tim has closed over 8000 home loans and has been involved in over one billion dollars of loan production.
